Access to imjudi is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied on a continuing basis:

Access to withdrawal functionality is conditional upon successful completion of Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account restriction or closure and forfeiture of Bonus Funds.
If imjudi determines that a User registered or played while under the age of 21, all bets will be voided, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposited funds will be returned to the verified payment source net of any bonuses received.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one active imjudi account. Ownership of more than one account — whether under the same name, contact details, device, IP address, household, or payment method — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and must promptly update that information if it changes. imjudi accepts no liability for losses arising from inaccurate account information provided by the User.
You may request account closure at any time by contacting imjudi support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your verified payment method after applicable checks are completed. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon account closure unless otherwise specified in the applicable promotion terms.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. imjudi strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication ("2FA") via OTP on your registered Malaysian mobile number.
imjudi will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials. You must notify imjudi immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access or suspicious activity on your account.
imjudi reserves the right to suspend account access pending investigation where unusual or potentially fraudulent activity is detected.
All deposits must be made from payment methods registered in the User's own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited. Minimum deposit amounts and supported payment methods — including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, and FPX-connected banks (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, Hong Leong) — are as published in the Platform's banking section and are subject to change without prior notice.
Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods previously used to fund the account or, following satisfactory KYC verification, to a verified account held in the User's own name. imjudi reserves the right to process withdrawals by the same method as the corresponding deposit.
